I love Fish Soup

Craving for chinese fish soup. One of our favourite stalls is at Tampines (will insert addy later) who uses Batang fish, and is very generous with serving of vegetables. Cost only $3 even if you ask for extra vegetables. Health benefits of eating fish are numerous. Baked, poached, grilled and steamed… you name it… and regular consumption of fish is said to reduce asthma, depression, Cardiovascular diseases, etc. Check out article from Better Health Channel.
